Scope of Services

1.1. We provide outsourced sales solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Lead generation

  • Customer outreach

  • Sales strategy consulting

Payment Terms

2.1. Monthly Retainer:

  • A fixed monthly retainer will be charged to cover the cost of our baseline services and operational expenses.

  • The monthly retainer amount will be specified in your Service Agreement.

2.2. Performance-Based Fees:

  • The majority of our fees will be contingent on results, such as closed deals or agreed performance milestones.

  • Performance-based fees will be calculated as a percentage of revenue generated, or as otherwise specified in the Service Agreement.

2.3. Payment Schedule:

  • Retainer payments are due in advance at the start of each month.

  • Performance-based fees will be invoiced upon achieving the agreed results and are payable within [insert timeframe, e.g., 14 days] of the invoice date.

2.4. Late Payments:
